Rum smoked salmon

Description: Our delicious rum smoked salmon is cured with Dutch Head rum, sugar and salt and freshly grinded pepper. Obviously smoked over apple wood shavings. This whole curing process takes four to five hours and the finished product is unrivalled. It has been described by many as the best that has been tasted.
